U.S. lawmakers endorse 'stay' on litigation in Puerto Rico rescue
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. lawmakers on Wednesday endorsed a temporary hold, or 'stay', on litigation while officials hammer out a rescue for cash-strapped Puerto Rico.
