White House: must make sure Myanmar sanctions not preventing investment

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House wants to make sure that U.S. sanctions against Myanmar are not preventing economic investment that would help the people there, President Barack Obama's deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes said on Tuesday.
