North Carolina prosecutors to announce findings in deadly police shooting

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Reuters) - The district attorney in Charlotte, North Carolina, was expected to announce on Wednesday whether charges will be filed against the police officer who shot and killed a black man in September, sparking a week of sometimes violent protests.
