Massachusetts regulator charges adviser, LPL Financial for sales to retirees

BOSTON (Reuters) - Massachusetts' top financial regulator on Thursday charged an investment adviser and his employer, LPL Financial LLC, with having fraudulently sold annuities to retirees.
