U.S. agency orders corrective action for North Dakota oil spill

HOUSTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration on Wednesday issued a corrective action order to Belle Fourche Pipeline Co for a Dec. 5 spill in North Dakota that leaked some 4,200 barrels of oil, according to a notice.
