U.S. fines Seattle 'duck boat' manufacturer in fatal crash

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Transportation Department said on Tuesday the company that built a Seattle amphibious "duck boat" involved in a deadly 2015 collision between the vehicle and a charter bus that killed five international students has agreed to pay a fine of up to $1 million.
