Cleveland officers to face administrative charges in shooting of black boy

CLEVELAND (Reuters) - Three police officers involved in the fatal 2014 shooting of a 12-year-old African-American Ohio boy who was playing with a pellet gun will face internal discipline for their actions, officials in Cleveland said Friday.
