Jake Raak, 35, of Greenville, Delaware, told NBC News he survived Sunday's ordeal by remaining silent and motionless. 'When he shot me I didn't move — I just let him shoot me,' he recalled. Raak was one of around 60 people injured by a gunman who fired 120 rounds early on New Year's Day. Some 39 people were killed in the incident — most of them foreigners.
