U.S. judge blocks Texas plans to cut Planned Parenthood Medicaid funds

AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - A U.S. judge in Austin issued an order on Tuesday halting Texas' plan to cut Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood.
