After more than six years of promises, House Republicans have released a bill that would dismantle and replace former President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law. The measure guts the mandate for individuals to purchase, and employers to offer, insurance -- disrupting a key component of the Affordable Care Act that greatly expanded the number of people insured.
