Cleveland officer in Tamir Rice shooting 'did not know was kid': video

CLEVELAND (Reuters) - The partner of a Cleveland police officer who fatally shot 12-year-old Tamir Rice in 2014 said he "didn't know it was a kid" when he responded to an emergency call about an armed man at a park, according to video released on Tuesday.
