Accused Boston double murderer ordered held without bail

BOSTON (Reuters) - A Massachusetts man accused of slitting the throats of two doctors in their Boston penthouse will be held without bail after a beside hearing at the hospital where he is recovering from gunshot wounds sustained in a shootout with police, authorities said.
