Tulsa police officer found not guilty of manslaughter

TULSA, Okla. Reuters) - An Oklahoma jury found a white Tulsa police officer not guilty of manslaughter on Wednesday night over the fatal shooting of an unarmed black man last September that stoked a national debate over racial bias in law enforcement.
