U.S. appeals court sides with transgender student in bathroom case

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday affirmed a lower court's preliminary ruling that a transgender boy must be allowed to use the boys' toilets at his high school in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
