U.S. charges Ohio man with trying to aid Islamic State

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A federal grand jury on Thursday charged an Ohio man with attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State by offering himself to the militant organization, the U.S. Justice Department said in a statement.
