Appeals court throws out lawsuit over drone strike deaths

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. federal appeals court on Friday threw out a lawsuit by the families of two Yemeni men allegedly killed as innocent bystanders in a U.S. drone strike in 2012.
