U.S. agency sues Estee Lauder Companies over parental leave policy

(Reuters) - The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit on Wednesday accusing Estee Lauder Companies Inc of discriminating against men by giving them less paid parental leave than women.
