Iowa murder trial to open in gender identity case flagged by Sessions

(Reuters) - A man charged in the murder of an Iowa teenager who identified as both male and female is scheduled to go on trial on Tuesday in a case that led U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions to dispatch a federal civil rights prosecutor.
