Russia condemns 'illegal' seizure of property in U.S., may retaliate

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Moscow protested to Washington over what it called an illegal seizure of its consulate general in San Francisco, saying it reserved the right to retaliate against U.S. diplomatic property in Russia.
