Florida officer on leave without pay after shooting of unarmed black man

MIAMI, Fla. (Reuters) - A police SWAT team commander in Florida has been placed on leave without pay after one of his officers wounded an unarmed black man seen on cellphone video with his hands in the air, North Miami's city manager said on Friday.
