Alleged al Qaeda bomber loses pretrial challenge

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday rejected a challenge by the alleged mastermind in the bombing of a U.S. ship in Yemen in his upcoming trial before a military tribunal.
