Landmark Phelan building sold in San Francisco for $375 million

NEW YORK (Reuters) - New York-based developer Thor Equities sold the historic Phelan building in San Francisco for $375 million to an unidentified investor from China, the latest deal in an unprecedented wave of Chinese investment into U.S. commercial real estate.
