Arizona 'jihadist' agrees to plead guilty to terrorism, conspiracy

PHOENIX (Reuters) - An Arizona teenager suspected of plotting to attack a Phoenix-area state motor vehicle office with bombs and other weapons has agreed to plead guilty to terrorism and conspiracy charges, court documents showed on Monday.
