Boat capsizes in San Francisco, report says passengers accounted for

(Reuters) - A boat carrying about 30 youngsters capsized at a pier along Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, trapping some of the passengers under the vessel's hull, the city fire department said in a Twitter post.
