NTSB transferring plane crash probe to FBI
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board said Wednesday it believes a small plane crash in East Hartford, Connecticut, was the result of an intentional act and is transferring the investigation to the FBI.
