South Carolina governor orders evacuation ahead of hurricane
CHARLESTON, S.C. (Reuters) - South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley ordered an evacuation of all coastal communities starting on Wednesday afternoon in anticipation of Hurricane Matthew, an area inhabited by more than a million people.
