U.S. transport chief: automakers will back self-driving car oversight

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx told Reuters he expects automakers and tech companies will comply with voluntary guidelines his department issued last month for autonomous vehicles.
