Audio tape captures fatal shooting of black mother by Seattle police

SEATTLE (Reuters) - A deadly weekend encounter between two white Seattle policemen and a black woman whom relatives described as mentally ill turned abruptly violent, with the officers shouting at the woman to "get back" before opening fire, an audio recording of the incident revealed on Monday.
