Family sues over fatal police shooting of Louisiana black man

BATON ROUGE, La. (Reuters) - The family of a black man killed by police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, last year filed a wrongful death suit against the city and police on Tuesday, alleging a history of excessive force incidents and racism toward African-Americans.
