FBI agent charged with lying about Oregon refuge shooting: report

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - An FBI agent has been charged with making false statements to investigators probing the fatal shooting of one of the armed protesters who took over a federal wildlife refuge in Oregon last year, the Oregonian newspaper reported on Wednesday.The agent, who was not identified by the Oregonian, was expected to make an initial court appearance later on Wednesday, the paper reported. Reuters could not immediately confirm the report.
