Third scout, 11-year-old boy, dies after sailboat hits power line

AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - An 11-year-old Boy Scout aboard a sailboat that hit a power line and killed two other boys on an east Texas lake over the weekend died on Monday, a Texas Parks and Wildlife spokesman said.
