U.S. accuses retired colonel of Haitian bribery scheme

BOSTON (Reuters) - A retired U.S. Army colonel has been arrested on charges that he conspired to bribe senior Haitian officials in connection with a planned $84 million port development project, U.S. prosecutors said on Tuesday.
