About 86,500 people filed for federal aid after Louisiana flooding
BATON ROUGE, La. (Reuters) - Some 86,500 people have filed for federal aid after deadly flooding hit Louisiana in the past week, damaging some 40,000 homes, Governor John Bel Edwards told a news conference on Thursday.
