Migrant mother, son sue U.S. over treatment in detention

NEW YORK (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - A Honduran mother and young son have filed a lawsuit against U.S. authorities, claiming they were mistreated in detention facilities after they entered the country seeking asylum.
